Return Period

• Original packaging must be intact

• Order ID or proof of purchase is required

• Products damaged by the customer

• Products without original tags

• Innerwear and accessories

Return Process

2. Provide your Order ID and reason for return

3. Pack the product in original packaging

4. Wait for our pickup or send it to our address

Refund

• Refund is processed within 7-10 business days

• Shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective products)

Exchange
